Scholarships In addition to academic scholarships available through the university, School of Music scholarships are awarded each year to students based upon both their musical abilities in both the classical and jazz areas. You must be a music major to be eligible for a School of Music scholarship. Undergraduates - In addition to your School of Music classical audition, there is a separate application/audition process for students who wish to be considered for jazz scholarships. Auditions for jazz scholarships follow the same format as that outlined in the B.M. in Jazz Studies Admission procedures. Graduates - In addition to scholarship funds you may wish to pursue from other departments in the School of Music, there is a seperate application/audition process for students who wish to be considered for jazz scholarships.
